The Custom Name & Number Game Jersey is a classic sleeveless game tank in solid Black or solid White. You fill in the fields on this page; we print them on the back.

• Number, 0 to 99 — you must enter one.
• Name on back — optional. Up to 12 characters, always printed in capitals. It costs $4 extra, but only if you type a name.
• Lettering — choose Block for straight letters or Arched for a curved name bar.

The product image updates with a live preview while you type. Check spelling — we print exactly what you type, and there is no proof step before printing. We do not print team, league or player names, logos or trademarks; first names, last names and nicknames you choose are fine.

For a whole team, order one jersey per player. Add each to the cart separately with its own size, name and number.
