Jersey Lane is an online basketball apparel store. We sell game-day jerseys, shorts and the small gear that makes a team look like a team. Everything is ordered on this website and shipped to your door.
The idea is simple. You should be able to get a clean jersey with the right name and the right number without filling in a twenty-line form or waiting on a sales rep. Pick the piece, pick the size, type the name and number, check it, and check out.

The range, court to bench
The catalogue is split into seven collections. Each one has a clear job, so you can find the right piece fast.
Reversible jerseys
Two colours, one on each side. Flip it for home and away, or for shirts-versus-skins style scrimmages without anyone actually going shirtless. The Reversible Jerseys collection includes the Blacktop Reversible Mesh Jersey, the Lane Stripe Reversible Jersey, the Two-Tone Panel Reversible Jersey and the Pickup Crew Lightweight Reversible Tank.
Game jerseys
One-sided jerseys in different cuts. The Game Jerseys collection has the Fast Break V-Neck Game Jersey, the Hardwood Crew-Neck Game Jersey, the Gradient Fade All-Over Print Jersey, the Retro Pinstripe Jersey and the Women’s Racerback Game Jersey. All-over printed styles carry the colour across the whole jersey, including the fade.
Basketball shorts
The Basketball Shorts collection covers the Classic Mesh Basketball Shorts, Side Panel Game Shorts, Gradient Fade Shorts, Retro Pinstripe Shorts and Reversible Practice Shorts. Shorts use an elastic waistband with a drawcord, and the product page lists the inseam style for each one.
Jersey and shorts sets
Want the full uniform in one click? The Jersey & Shorts Sets collection pairs a matching top and bottom. Sets cost less than buying the jersey and the shorts separately, and the price is shown on each product page.
Youth basketball
Kids’ sizes YS, YM, YL and YXL live in the Youth Basketball collection. It includes the Youth Starter Jersey + Shorts Set, the Youth Mesh Practice Jersey and the Custom Youth Name & Number Jersey.
Name and number
Every piece that takes a typed name or number sits in the Name & Number collection. That includes the Custom Name & Number Reversible Jersey, the Custom Name & Number Game Jersey, the matching jersey and shorts set, Custom Number Basketball Shorts and the Custom Name Shooting Shirt.
Warm-ups and team gear
The stuff that lives on the bench. The Warm-Ups & Team Gear collection has short and long sleeve shooting shirts, the Bench Pullover Hoodie, the Rec League Graphic Tee, Court Crew Socks, a Drawstring Gym Bag, a Bench Towel, an Insulated Water Bottle and the Team Duffel Bag.

We build the store around the people who actually play and organise local basketball. Here is who we have in mind, and what each of them usually needs from us.
Evening rec-league players
Men’s, women’s and co-ed leagues that tip off after work. You want a jersey that matches the rest of the roster, in a size that fits, before week one. The Women’s Racerback Game Jersey comes in S to 2XL, and adult styles run S to 4XL.
Youth coaches and parents
Volunteer coaches running teams for kids roughly 6 to 14 years old, and the parents behind them. The big questions are youth versus adult sizing and getting every name spelled right. Our Size Guide walks through how to measure and how to choose between two sizes, for example a tall 11-year-old sitting between Youth XL and Adult Small.
Church and community-centre teams
Teams that need a matching look without a big budget conversation. Reversible jerseys are a favourite here because one jersey covers both sides of a scrimmage.
Pickup crews and 3-on-3 squads
Small groups that want to show up to a tournament looking like they planned it. A handful of matching jerseys with numbers is usually all it takes.
Gift buyers
A jersey with a kid’s name and number makes a strong birthday or first-season gift. You can bill one address and ship to another. A grandparent in Canada can send a Custom Youth Name & Number Jersey straight to a grandchild in Australia, for example.
How ordering works, one jersey at a time
Jersey Lane does not run a team order form or quote bulk pricing. Every product is added to the cart one at a time. That sounds slow, but it keeps each player’s details attached to the right jersey.
Ordering for a whole roster
- Open the product, for example the Custom Name & Number Reversible Jersey.
- Choose the colourway, such as Black/White or Royal/White.
- Choose the size for this player.
- Type this player’s name and number, then pick the lettering style.
- Check the live preview and the spelling, then add to cart.
- Repeat for the next player. The cart lists each jersey separately with its own name, number and size.
Before you pay, read through the cart line by line. It is the last easy moment to catch a 12 that should be a 21.
When a player joins mid-season
New player in week five? Order their jersey the same way. To match the rest of the team, use the exact colourway name from the product page, for example Royal/White, and the same product name. That keeps the new jersey in line with the ones already on court.
Personalisation fields, explained
Custom pieces have a few fields on the product page. What you type is what gets printed. We do not suggest names and we do not send a proof or mockup before production, so the preview and your own eyes are the final check.

Capitals and spelling
The name field prints in capitals. Typing “Johnson” or “JOHNSON” ends up as the same capital letters on the jersey. What does matter is the spelling itself. A missing letter or a swapped digit is printed exactly as typed, so read it twice.
What we will not print
We print the name and number you type. We do not print customer logos, team names, league names, other people’s trademarks or the names of famous players. Photo uploads are not part of the product pages. More detail on this sits in our Intellectual Property Policy.
Sizes, cuts and colourways
Youth sizes run YS, YM, YL and YXL and cost less than adult sizes. Adult sizes run S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL and 4XL, and the larger adult sizes cost a little more. The Women’s Racerback Game Jersey comes in S to 2XL. Court Crew Socks come in Youth and Adult, so double-check that choice before you check out.
Every jersey and every pair of shorts comes in two colourways. Names like Black/White, Royal/White or Sunset Fade appear on the product page and in your cart. If someone is ordering separately later, send them that exact colourway name.
We do not publish garment measurements. The Size Guide explains how to measure a jersey that already fits and how to choose between two labels, which is usually the most reliable way to land the right size.

Plan around the real timeline
Processing plus transit can add up to several weeks. If your first game is 10 days away, the order may not make it in time. We never promise a delivery date, so order as early in the season as you can.
Returns cover every item
Our 60-day return window applies to all items. Personalised pieces cannot be resold once a name is printed, so please check spelling, numbers and sizes carefully before you pay. If something about a personalised order is not right, email us and we will look at each case.
Straight talk: what we do not do
We would rather tell you up front than surprise you later.
- No team discounts or bulk pricing. Each piece is priced on its product page.
- No proofs or mockups before production. The live preview is your check.
- No logo printing, photo uploads or team-name printing.
- No guaranteed delivery dates. We give you the processing and transit ranges and you plan from there.
- No shipping outside the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
- No support channel other than email. Every question goes to one inbox, so nothing gets lost between channels.
When your order ships, we email you the shipping details we have. You can check your order status any time on the Order Tracking page with your order ID and billing email.
