\nThis content is owned by Jersey Lane or used with the permission of its owner, and it is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
\nSome features of basketball apparel are common to the sport. Mesh fabric, a tank cut, a V-neck, a reversible build, block lettering, numbers front and back, and simple colour pairs like Black/White are not ours to claim, and we do not claim them. What we protect is our particular artwork, photography and writing.
\nTo ask for permission, email us with what you would like to use and how. We read every request.
\nCustom products have a Name on back field, a Number field and a Lettering choice of Block or Arched. We print the text exactly as you type it. Because you choose the words, you also need the right to use them. To keep things fair for everyone, we have a clear line on what we print.
\nWe do not suggest team names, league names or player names, and the product pages never ask for them.
\nIf the personalisation on an order appears to use someone else’s team name, league name, player name, logo or trademark, we may cancel that item and refund it in full to the original payment method. Where it makes sense, we will email you first so you can change the text instead. We would rather print your own name than send nothing at all.

We print what you type, with no proof first. “Johnson” in a field printed in capitals comes out as JOHNSON. Check spelling carefully, because personalised gear cannot be resold. If something was typed wrong, contact us and we will look at each case. Returns are covered on Returns & Exchanges.
\nWe do not print customer logos, crests or artwork, and the site has no photo or file upload. Personalisation is limited to the text fields on the product page. That keeps every order simple, and it means nobody can accidentally send us someone else’s artwork to print.
\nIf your squad wants a team look, pick one product and colourway, for example the Blacktop Reversible Mesh Jersey in Black/White, and give each player their own name and number. A player who joins later can order the same product and colourway to match.
\nYou do not need someone else’s name on the front to look like a team. Here is how different crews do it with what we offer.
\nChoose one product, such as the Custom Name & Number Reversible Jersey, and one colourway. Add each player’s jersey to the cart separately with that player’s own first name or surname and their number. Flip the jerseys for scrimmages, one colour per side.
\nPick a crew name you invented yourselves and check it is not already a well-known team or brand. Since the Name on back field holds up to 12 characters, each player can carry a nickname, or simply a number.
\nUse your own players’ names and numbers. If your group has its own crest or logo, we cannot print it, because we do not print customer logos. A shared colourway and matching lettering style, Block or Arched, still give the bench a clean, unified look.
\nEmail us before you order. Tell us the text you plan to type and we will tell you whether we can print it. If you have already ordered, you can still change the text within 24 hours of placing the order. See Cancel or Change an Order.
\nTook a team photo after the final buzzer? Share it wherever you like. Photos you take of yourself or your team are yours. A mention of Jersey Lane is always welcome, but please do not word a post in a way that suggests we sponsor your team or that you speak for us.
\nWe will not repost your photos on our site or elsewhere without asking you first.
\nJersey Lane designs and sells its own basketball apparel. We are not connected to, sponsored by or endorsed by any team, league, club, school, governing body or athlete. Our products are not replicas of any team’s uniform. Words like “game jersey” or “shooting shirt” describe the style of garment, not a connection to anyone.
\nIf you see another name or mark on our site, for example in a review written by a customer, it belongs to its owner, and its appearance does not mean that owner endorses us.
\nWe do not knowingly sell anything that infringes someone else’s trademark, design right, copyright or right of publicity. If you think we got something wrong, tell us.
\nEmail it to support@jerseylane.shop with the subject “IP concern”, or post it to Jersey Lane, 3220 Common Way, Madera, CA 93637, US. For copyright in photos, artwork or text, please use the process on our DMCA page instead.
\nYou do not have to be a rights owner to flag a problem. If a product page or preview on our site looks like it uses someone else’s name, logo or artwork, email us the link. We check it the same way and thank you for the heads-up. You do not need to include a legal statement for this kind of tip.
\nIf a product is removed and someone has already ordered it, we contact that customer and offer a full refund to their original payment method.
\nCoaches and players send us great ideas, like a new colourway or a different cut. If you send us a suggestion, we may use it without owing you anything. We will never publish your name or personal details with it unless you give permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
\nWe may update this policy as the store or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are handled under the version in force when they were placed.
