Every piece is ordered one at a time, so each player’s jersey keeps its own name, number and size. There is no team order form and no bulk pricing. Your cart shows every jersey as a separate line.
\nSpotted a typo? You have 24 hours from placing the order to email us. Send the order number, the line that is wrong and the correct details. A coach who notices five hours later that a player is 21, not 12, is well inside the window. Three days later, the order may already be printed. Full rules are on Cancel or Change an Order.
\nPlace a new order for the same product in the same colourway name, for example Black/White. The colourway name is in your original confirmation email. If you checked out with an account, it is also in My Account under past orders.
\nCustom pieces use simple fields on the product page. We print exactly what you type and we do not send a proof before production, so this is the part worth slowing down for.
\nWe print names and numbers only. Logos, team names, league names and trademarks are not printed. The Intellectual Property Policy explains why.
\nWe ship free to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, with no minimum. Orders ship from the USA. Processing takes 1-3 business days, then transit takes 7-14 business days. We do not ship to other countries.
\nCount business days, not calendar days. Add up to 3 business days of processing to up to 14 business days of transit. If your first game is 10 days away, the order may not arrive in time. We never promise a delivery date, so order before the season starts when you can. A parcel to New Zealand, for example, can use the full 14 business days in transit.
\nGo to Order Tracking, enter your order ID and billing email, and you will see the current status. When your order ships, we email you the shipping details we have. Details are on Shipping & Delivery.
\nBilling and shipping can be different addresses, even different countries we ship to. A grandparent in Canada can send a Custom Youth Name & Number Jersey to a grandchild in Australia.
\nYou have 60 days from delivery to return items for any reason. Change-of-mind returns get a free return label, and there is no restocking fee. Our 60-day return window applies to all items; personalised pieces cannot be resold, so check spelling and sizes carefully before ordering.
\nExample: the Blacktop Jersey + Shorts Set in Large, with shorts that run long. Within 60 days, you return it and order the Medium. Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order, or store credit if you prefer. Full process on Returns & Exchanges.
\nTell us as soon as you can and attach clear photos. We will help you put it right. Photos are deleted 30 days after delivery of the order.
\nRefunds go back to the original payment method within 7 days of us receiving your return. After that, your payment provider controls how fast it shows on your statement. Prefer store credit? It never expires, so it is ready for next season’s order. Read the Refund Policy for the money side of returns.
\nIf the Gradient Fade All-Over Print Jersey arrives in Sunset Fade and you want Ice Fade, email us within 60 days. Return it with the free label, and the refund is issued within 7 days of us receiving it. Then order the colourway you want.
\nThe payment options available are shown at checkout. Prices are in USD on each product page. We never see full card numbers, and we will never ask you to email card details. If a payment fails, describe what happened in an email without any card information. See Payment Methods.
\nYouth sizes run YS to YXL, adult sizes S to 4XL, and the Women’s Racerback Game Jersey S to 2XL. Socks come in Youth and Adult. Every jersey and pair of shorts has two colourways.
